Overview

As part of Entanet’s 21CN infrastructure development strategy, a new portfolio of ADSL2+ products now provides you with an exciting opportunity to increase loyalty among your existing customers and attract new ones. Entanet’s 2Plus broadband enables you to provide highly attractive ADSL2+ broadband packages with monthly allowance packages that can be supplemented by optional bandwidth top-ups and additional levels of service. This flexibility maximises your opportunity to compete aggressively in the UK broadband market and increase monthly commission for the life of each connection.

2Plus broadband

Entanet’s ADSL2+ portfolio comprises 8 base monthly allowance packages with allowances ranging from 3GB to 250GB. For customers requiring additional bandwidth, a range of 7 top-up options from 10GB to 1TB are available. The top-up options have no expiry date (they are only lost if the customer moves to an alternative ISP or Entanet Partner) and bandwidth allowance is only used during peak hours; off-peak access is unlimited*. This comprehensive range of packages and top-up options enables you to flexibly meet your customers’ broadband needs and accommodate extra bandwidth requirements whilst enabling them to control costs.

For customers wanting to ensure a higher minimum connection speed an additional option is available. Elevated Best Efforts ensures user’s traffic is given preferential weighting in the BRAS which gives a higher throughput under congestion. Whilst Standard Best Efforts guarantees throughput of at least 2Mbps for 90% of the time over the busiest 3-hour period, Elevated Best Efforts guarantees to deliver at least 3Mbps for 90%**.

Entanet’s 2Plus broadband has been priced simply and competitively, irrespective of whether your customer is connected to a band A or band C or E exchange. Band C and E exchanges are those at which Ofcom requires BT to charge a higher wholesale price because it faces less competition. Entanet’s pricing model enables you to promote a single suggested selling price to avoid customer confusion.
