Organisations often reach a point in their growth when standard ADSL broadband connections no longer effectively support the data communication requirements between their principal and regional offices and remote workers. Managed bonded xDSL represents a viable medium term solution for those who want greater reliability but don't yet want to commit to a longer term leased line arrangement.

Managed Bonded xDSL increases bandwidth by "bonding" together 2, 3 or 4 ADSL or SDSL connections in order to gain faster upload and download speeds, with Cisco hardware installed at the customer site. A 100% Service Level Agreement and choice of backup connectivity options provides your customers with even greater confidence.

Bonded ADSL is available at speeds of up to 8Mbps download and 1Mbps upload, but with greater resilience than a single 8Mbps ADSL connection. For those organisations requiring bi-directional speeds, perhaps for sending and receiving data between multiple offices or home workers throughout the UK, bonded SDSL provides symmetrical upload/download speeds ranging from 2Mbps to 8Mbps by bonding 4 2Mbps SDSL lines.

Bonded xDSL is also available as an unmanaged service for customers with the technical expertise to configure and manage the Cisco hardware themselves.
