The Entanet Partner Site is an online facility enabling Partners to place and provision orders, track faults, view commission information and manage their customers' accounts.

All Partners and end users billed by Entanet have access to the Entanet eBilling site from which they can view and download invoices and statements simply.

The Entanet network is monitored 24/7 by its Network Operations Centre providing you with complete confidence in the reliability of your connections. For all planned and emergency network maintenance noc.enta.net provides regular updates via RSS feed, email notifications or simple online viewing.

As part of our continuous investment strategy we have made significant investment into both our technical support and customer service departments, ensuring all calls are answered quickly and effectively, resulting in significantly reductions in call waiting times and the number of abandoned calls.

To further support our Partners, Entanet provides all Partners with a complimentary VoIP account. All departmental numbers including technical support and customer services can be contacted completely free of charge via this account.
